    El procesamiento demora de 5 a 7 dĆ­as hĆ”biles; una vez procesados, los pedidos se enviarĆ”n de inmediato. El procesamiento transcurre de lunes a viernes, los pedidos realizados el viernes se procesarĆ”n el siguiente dĆ­a hĆ”bil que es el lunes. No enviamos los sĆ”bados, domingos y festivos. Una vez enviado, recibirĆ” un nĆŗmero de seguimiento en el correo electrĆ³nico proporcionado al finalizar la compra.

  • Why was my order cancelled?
    If we receive your order and your shipping is different from your billing address it will be cancelled. Your shipping address MUST match your shipping address. This is to protect you the customer and well as our business against fraud. Orders that are returned due to incomplete shipping address, refusal, missed delivery and abandoned pick up orders will incur a 20% cancellation fee. The amount will be deducted from your order total and the remaining will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • What if I select pickup for an item that is not on hand?
    If you place an order for an item that we do not have on hand you will have to wait the processing time, even if you select pickup. Once your item is processed you will receive a text that your order is ready for pickup.
