El procesamiento demora de 5 a 7 días hábiles; una vez procesados, los pedidos se enviarán de inmediato. El procesamiento transcurre de lunes a viernes, los pedidos realizados el viernes se procesarán el siguiente día hábil que es el lunes. No enviamos los sábados, domingos y festivos. Una vez enviado, recibirá un número de seguimiento en el correo electrónico proporcionado al finalizar la compra.

If we receive your order and your shipping is different from your billing address it will be cancelled. Your shipping address MUST match your shipping address. This is to protect you the customer and well as our business against fraud.

Orders that are returned due to incomplete shipping address, refusal, missed delivery and abandoned pick up orders will incur a 20% cancellation fee.

The amount will be deducted from your order total and the remaining will be refunded to your original payment method.

If you place an order for an item that we do not have on hand you will have to wait the processing time, even if you select pickup. Once your item is processed you will receive a text that your order is ready for pickup.
